I love your behind the scenes vision. I do this all the time. And then, I too remind myself to take what is true and what serves me from it. This moves us out of the closed, judgemental mind into the wide open learner's mind. And as far as taking oneself to a remote place alone with a rice cooker. We all need this. My version of this is taking my free time, finding me some silence (and when possible, an amazing view), and fasting for up to a week. No rice cooker required. Thanks for sharing. 🥰
